III) That for the price of THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, which I have received to my entire satisfaction from the buyer, I am selling to him the motorcycle described above, making him by this means the tradition of ownership, possession, use , and other attached rights that correspond to me; By physically handing it over together with its keys, and Declaration of Merchandise, and I, the Buyer, accept the sale of the motorcycle described above and the tradition of ownership, possession, use, and other rights that are transferred to me, considering that I have received it materially, along with your keys and Declaration of Merchandise.
