III) That for the price of THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, which I have received to my entire satisfaction from the buyer, I am selling to him the motorcycle described above, making him by this means the tradition of ownership, possession, use , and other attached rights that correspond to me; By physically handing it over together with its keys, and Declaration of Merchandise, and I, the Buyer, accept the sale of the motorcycle described above and the tradition of ownership, possession, use, and other rights that are transferred to me, considering that I have received it materially, along with your keys and Declaration of Merchandise. Meeting

On the one hand

Doña Julieta Díaz, of legal age DNI 14,678,990, single marital status, domiciled at Sánchez de Bustamante 329 10th A street, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, from now on will be called Lessee.

The other

Doña Belén de Gómez and D Julián Gómez of legal age, married, both domiciled at calle tres arroyos 2300 3ro E, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, with DNI 29,990,324 and 29,876,934, respectively, hereinafter will be called Lessor.

Intervene

The two parties intervene with their name and right, recognizing the legal capacity required to carry out this home rental contract, therefore, they state that Doña Julieta Díaz is the owner of the thing, registered in the Land Registry No. 70.009, that in this case it wishes to be leased by Mrs. María Belén de Gómez and D Julián Gómez.

Both parties recognize the c legal capacity that is needed for this act, and they agree to have the legal consideration to carry out a lease for the use of the house, within the framework of the law and according to the provisions of the National Civil Code.

Stipulations

Object of the contract

Clause one: Through this contract, the lessor agrees to rent by the lessee, who accepts said title. No personal property is found in the dwelling.

Second clause: the dwelling is leased for the exclusive purpose of dwelling. Variation of use is strictly prohibited, unless the lessor agrees by means of express written consent. In the event of non-compliance, this contract may be terminated.

 

Term of validity of the contract

Clause one: this contract enters into force on March 3, 2010.

Second clause: this contract will remain in force for a period of two years, starting from on March 3, 2010, therefore ending on the same day in 2012

Rental conditions

Clause one: the rent that the lessee will offer to the lessor is stipulated as a sum of $ 2,500, two thousand five hundred pesos to pay each month.

Clause two: the rent delivered each month may be examined and modified during each year of rental in order to rearrange it based on the possible changes that the consumer price indices may undergo.

As proof of acceptance both parties sign at the foot of the document in order to ratify this contractual act, also signing a duplicate.

2.       Why did you choose this topic?

I chose this topic because is very important and its recommends to all the humans to take care of the environment because we always have to live in the fresh air is the best the we have to do, all the humans want to live without a sadness and suffering.

3.       How well do you know your topic? What is your experience with it?

I know a lot in case of many people are not taking respect of it because they make a deforestation and it is affecting to the animals too because are in danger to get in extinction, and I know that we can try to avoid it because the trees help us to stay in the shadow and we don’t get burn of the sun, it helps to the river to don’t get dry and it help us to receive the fresh air.

Causes

When the humans are taking care of the nature they live without sadness and they enjoy receiving the fresh weather, but other people don’t care and they make a deforestation and it causes al lot sadness, the river get dry, the animals die and the humans drawn in drought, and is a suffering for all the humanity and the environment too.  

Effects

Its effects to all the humans to take care about it because if we unfollow the rules we all get affect the suffering of sadness, especially the animals, some of them die of extinction because its effects to them the deforestation that is the worst thing that can happen in the humanity because it is affecting to the rivers to get dry.

It’s easy to take care of the environment because is not fair how it’s been contaminated by the human and affects the entire environment, they always need to protect them because it is for the good of humanity and for all the nature.

All the humans are suffering in the humanity a lot because many of them are not taking care of it and its affecting to all the environment because many of the people are not obeying the rules to not destroy it.

If we are taking care of the environment we are doing the best thing in the nature because the humans have to live in the fresh air, we have to take care of the flora and the fauna too that means that we don’t have to live with suffering and sadness.

Thesis Statement

Taking care of a nature is the way to take for us because we are always living in the fresh air and we are receiving the shadow of the trees, but other people disobey the rules because they shop the trees, they are throwing garbage in the river and the greenhouse heat in atmosphere, for that reason we suffer from sadness because the river dry, the animals die and the people drawn in drought.

Conclusion

The ability of taking care of the nature and the environment is going to serve us in the reality always because is excellent living fresh and receiving the fresh air, we always need to enjoy receiving the pure air in the case that we must do it because you are not making a contamination and all is clean, is the most interesting for us taking care of it and protecting it too, if we don’t do it all will be backward.
