WHITE-BLACK, YEAR: TWO THOUSAND
SEVENTEEN; CLASS: MOTORCYCLE, MODEL: R H ONE FIVE, CAPACITY: ONE PLATE TWO P, ENGINE NUMBER: H FOUR ZERO ONE E ZERO
ZERO TWO ONE FIVE ONE NINE; ENGRAVED
CHASSIS NUMBER: M H THREE R H ONE FIVE AND ZERO H K ZERO ZERO TWO THREE
ZERO FIVE; and other characteristics contained in the merchandise declaration.
III) That for the price of THREE
THOUSAND DOLLARS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, which I have received to
my entire satisfaction from the buyer, I am selling to him the motorcycle
described above, making him by this means the tradition of ownership,
possession, use , and other attached rights that correspond to me; By
physically handing it over together with its keys, and Declaration of
Merchandise, and I, the Buyer, accept the sale of the motorcycle described
above and the tradition of ownership, possession, use, and other rights that
are transferred to me, considering that I have received it materially, along
with your keys and Declaration of Merchandise. The seller obliged me to the
Sanitation of Law, and both grantors for the judicial effects to which this
contract gives rise, we indicate as a special address that of this city, to
whose courts we submit, thus we express ourselves and in faith of which we
sign, in the city of Nueva Concepción, department of Chalatenango, on the
thirty-first day of the month of August of the year two thousand and nineteen,

DANILO MENJIVAR AMAYA, thirty-one years old, Employee, from the address of
Apastepeque, department of San Vicente, a person whom I do not know but I
identify through its Unique Identity Document number zero five million three
hundred seventy-five thousand nine hundred three-zero, and with a Tax
Identification Number one thousand one-hundred thirty thousand one hundred
eighty-eight-one hundred one-zero, called "THE
SELLER" ; and ALEXIS VLADIMIR
NOCHEZ VIDAL, twenty-three years old, Employee, of the address of San
Martin, department of San Salvador, a person whom I do not know but I identify

by means of which the first appearing party called the Seller states that
Declaration of Goods for Used Vehicles of the General Customs Directorate, is
the owner and current possessor of a motorcycle with the following
characteristics: POLICY with REGISTRATION NUMBER: FOUR SEVEN SEVEN
SIX FOUR ONE; BRAND: YAMAHA, LINE AND STYLE: Y Z F R THREE, COLOR:
WHITE-BLACK, YEAR: TWO THOUSAND SEVENTEEN; CLASS:
MOTORCYCLE, MODEL: R H ONE FIVE, CAPACITY: ONE PLATE TWO P, ENGINE
NUMBER: H FOUR ZERO ONE E ZERO ZERO TWO ONE FIVE ONE NINE; ENGRAVED CHASSIS NUMBER: M H THREE R H ONE FIVE AND ZERO H K ZERO
ZERO TWO THREE ZERO FIVE, and other characteristics contained in the
merchandise declaration. III) That
for the price of THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS
OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, which he has received to his complete
satisfaction from the buyer, he sells the motorcycle described above to him,
making him by this means the tradition of ownership, possession, use , and
other rights that correspond to it, handing it over materially together with
its keys and Declaration of Merchandise and for its part the Buyer, declares
that he accepts the sale of the motorcycle described above and tradition of
ownership, possession, use, and other rights Annexes that are transferred to
you, considering it materially received from it, together with your keys and
Goods Declaration. The seller is obliged to the Sanitation of Law, and both
grantors for the judicial purposes to which this contract gives rise, indicate
as a special domicile that of this city, to whose courts they submit.

presence by the appearing parties, and who also acknowledge as their own all
the terms thereof, which is drawn up on a folio dated the day from today. This
is how the appearing parties to whom I explained the legal effects of this
Notarial Record expressed themselves, that I had them in their entirety in a
single uninterrupted act, express their agreement, ratify its content and sign.
